Transitional Housing (HOPE Village)

  • Transitional Housing (HOPE Village)

HOPE Village is a transitional housing program that offers a job and supportive services to low and moderate income single women and women with children in need living in our community.

The residential style community features seven brand new single family homes and one administration office.

The focus of this transitional housing program is to remove the barriers to self sufficiency.  Programs and services are flexible and can be individualized to the needs of each woman and her family.  Transportation services and flexible individualized service plans are also tailored to assist women in transition from homelessness to independent living.

Located at 5525 Raby Road in Norfolk the community resides on six acres of property next to The Salvation Army Thomas R. Lee Administration and Social Services Building.
