The Kroc’s state-of-the-art fitness center includes free weights, strength training machines, treadmills, ellipticals, cross trainers and more.
The media equipped dance/exercise studio hosts multiple group exercise classes ranging from novice to advanced. With many classes to choose from including senior-specific programming, there’s an option for everyone in the community. A dedicated spin room and TRX room provide fitness cycling classes and functional fitness-style training.
A full sized high school recreation basketball gym with adjustable backboards and rims also includes hook-ups for volleyball courts. Play in a competitive league or enjoy open gym play with the whole family.
Additional fitness services offered:
- Smart Start: Free orientation required for members ages 13-15 who use fitness equipment. Teens will learn how to properly use all exercise equipment, basic exercise programming, and proper nutrition.
- Adult Fitness Orientation: Members meet with a fitness staff member for a complimentary orientation. Learn the basics of the fitness room equipment. Free for members.
- Fitness Evaluation: Includes blood pressure reading, body composition and starting weight assessment, and body measurements. $10 for members, $20 for nonmembers.
- Personal Training: Personal trainers provide specialized fitness programs to help you reach your specific goals through one-on-one or semi-private training. Pricing varies.
