The Salvation Army’s Social Service Philosophy:
The Salvation Army understands the very heart and soul of the Christian Gospel-founded on the love of God made evident in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ to compel us to this ministry. Because of our Christian faith we affirm the intrinsic value of human life and seek to live out that affirmation in the manner in which we treat people regardless of their age, sex, nationality, or religion.
